Your credit card information, a contact phone number, email address and home address are required for a reservation which is conditional on us being able to obtain credit card preauthorization. You confirm that the credit card holder regardless of the person booking has agreed for us to charge the card according to all the provisions in all our policies outlined here.

Your payment options are cash, Visa or Mastercard

Payment is due on check-in day.

When you book an apartment the cardholder agrees that the applied card will be charged without a signed contract or that the card is swiped due to the fact the the cardholder is not present at time of booking.

We offer you 2 Check-in Options and will ask you for your choice before your arrival

OPTION 1

Many guests prefer the SELF CHECK-IN option as we do not have a staffed front desk. This option gives you more flexibility regarding your arrival time and extends the check-in time from 3pm ( 15:00 ) to 9:30 pm ( 21:30 ) We will send you the instructions and you let yourself in to your apartment. There you will find all the necessary information to settle in comfortably. We will see you later

OPTION 2

We greet you on arrival and show you your apartment and personally give you information at that time. If you need assistance for example with suitcases etc this is the right option for you. For this option you must let us know your time of arrival so can meet you.
Check-in from 4pm (16:00) to 7pm ( 19:00 )

In the event of cancellation we need 14 days notice for 2 night stays

21 days notice for longer stays ( you did get a special deal ) and if you have booked multiple apartments.

If you cancel before the due date cancellation is free.

We presume that the cancellation notice period we have specified will give us enough time to rerent the apartment. If you however cancel within a shorter time frame than specified above and should we not succeed in rerenting all the nights you have booked, you will be fully charged for the nights that remain vacant. Only if we need a 3rd party agency that charges commission to rerent the apartment we will have to charge you 15 % of our nightly base rate for the nights rerented.

We have a no smoking policy and also do not allow candles ( aroma candles ) in the apartments due to fire regulations.

Our establishment is not suitable for pets.

Please do not roll suitcases over our lovely wooden floors or they might be damaged. Also please refrain from high heels.

When the guests are absent housekeeping may enter your unit.

Parties are not allowed.

The guests agree that they are fully liable for any damages to the property that they cause. Proof of the damage will be documented and given to the cardholder. The card holder expressly agrees that the cardholder will not contest that the ensueing damage charges be charged to the credit card provided at the time of the booking. The cardholder agrees that the charges for damage can be applied without the cardholders signature or the card being swiped.

In the case of emergency the owner may enter the unit without notice when the guests are absent if it is believed necessary for the safety of the facility, the building,the premises or the contents.

The owner shall not be liable to the guest or any member of the guest's party for loss or damage to person or property during their stay at the property.

If any part of this policy agreement is deemed null and void the remainder shall remain in effect.
