BOOKING

Fill out all of the rental inquiry form and submit.
You will be notified of availability and if you decide to book we will require a one month's
rent deposit which will be applied to the first month and $1000 damage deposit payable on arrival.
You will receive your rental rate and the amount of the necessary downpayment to confirm your reservation.
If you then wish to reserve an apartment please notify us per email. We will then send you a copy of the Rental Application.
If you approve please sign the forwarded Agreement and initial on each page and return the Agreement to us.

DOWNPAYMENT
Rental bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the first months rent.
The short term rental agreement you enter into is expressly limited to the duration requested in the submitted
RENTAL INQUIRY FORM. Any prolongation constitutes entering into a new rental agreement with the owners.

CANCELLATION
If you cancel 60 days or more before your arrival date your downpayment
will be fully refunded minus a $25 administration fee.
If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date 50%
of your downpayment will be retained.
In the case of cancellation of under 30 days before your arrival date your
downpayment will not be refunded.
If you cannot or do not arrive on the date you specified please notify us immediatly otherwise
after 48 hours without your notification we will have to cancel the reservation and will offer the
apartment to other tenants. There will be no refund.
RENT PAYMENT
The rental payments can be made by e-transfer or in cash.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of $1,000 is payable on arrival.
OCCUPANCY
Our apartments can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
The name of both guests must be on the Rental Inquiry Form.
HOUSE POLICY
We have a no smoking policy and also do not allow candles (aroma
candles ) in the apartments due to fire regulations.
Our establishment is not suitable for pets.
Parties are not allowed.
The guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use
the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The guests shall leave the premises in a
ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the owners as being
immediately habitable by the next tenants. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should
the premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guests agree that the owners shall deduct costs
of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage
to the premises or its furnishings.
The owner has the right to inspect the premises with prior notice.
In the case of emergency the owner may enter the unit without notice when the guests are
absent if it is believed necessary for the safety of the facility, the building,the premises or the
contents.
The tenants allow access to the management to show the apartment to potential tenants on
24 hour notice.
The owner shall not be liable to the guests or any visitor for loss or damage to person or
property during their stay at the property.
If any part of this policy agreement is deemed null and void the
remainder shall remain in effect.
